The big verandah and the outdoor shower were firm favourites, and the birdlife on the dam was spectacular.The whole experience was magic.We went for many drives to surrounding places, including the bird hides at the Karkloof Conservation Centre where we saw a pair of grey crowned cranes, as well as the nearby Karkloof Falls. The Midlands is truly a beautiful.”
