Some of the tree species at Forest Lodge are marked. The books in the lodges can be used to improve your knowledge. A short 2.5km tree trail has been set up in the Eastern side of the reserve. Follow the signs to Karkloof East (Mountain Lodge) and then look for the sign to Tree Trail.
